My first delivery arrived very quickly, but one tub was broken and the contents had leaked out. A phone call and email with pictures of the tub led to a replacement arriving the next day. I cannot fault the speed of despatch or the service - thank you very, very much for that - but I do recommend having some sort of cushioning package round each tub to prevent that sort of damage.

Only problem was the instructions didn't give a time frame for how long you had to wait between spreading the glue and placing the tiles. i rang the helpline and a very helpful man explained that it was around 30 minutes. Also the coverage amount may be a bit off - I don't think I was spreading too thickly and I used 25% more than I expected. Buy an extra pot!
