Delivery

Please note: we only deliver to card holders address, if delivery address is different please email your enquiry to sales@floormaker.co.uk and we will send over a Proforma Invoice and BACS transfer details.
Delivery is free with Floormaker for all orders placed over £100 (excl. VAT) using our standard delivery service (Mon-Fri 0800hrs to 1800hrs).

If you would like a timed delivery then you can select or Premium AM delivery service (Mon-Fri guaranteed by 12pm) or our Saturday Morning delivery option (before 12pm). These options can be selected at the checkout stage.


We will arrange for the products to be delivered on the date you have selected and to the address for delivery indicated in your Order and the delivery address must be the same as the address to where the payment card is registered.

We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver products on or before the date for delivery you have requested when placing your order. Deliveries are made between the hours of 8am – 6pm. The precise time of arrival is at the couriers discretion, we can provide the couriers tracking number if requested.

If we are unable to deliver on the date you have requested we will contact you and advise a new delivery date. However, we cannot guarantee delivery by the requested date. We do however guarantee that unless there are exceptional circumstances all deliveries of products will be dispatched within 30 days on the receipt of payment.

We cannot be responsible for any consequential losses, therefore we advise against booking installers until your order has been received and your goods have been checked

Deliveries will be made on a lorry or a van so it is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. If there is likely to be a problem please inform us at the time of order to discuss alternative delivery options and our sales team will do all they can to assist.

It is very important to check the packaging for any visual damage to the goods and sign for your order on arrival. If you are unfortunate enough to receive damaged goods or there are missing items, please make sure it is noted on the courier’s paperwork. We also strongly suggest that you contact us directly as soon as possible to make sure we are aware of the problem.

Our delivery is made to the 'kerb side' due to insurance guidelines so please arrange for adequate help to carry goods into your property.

We will only deliver products within mainland United Kingdom. If you are outside of the mainland UK please contact our sales team with your enquiry and they will advise of the delivery terms etc.
